Albor Digital is an Alberta-based independent digital studio operating as a sole proprietorship. We design, build, and operate digital products and tools — including informational platforms, calculators, directories, and research resources. We do not provide client services, consulting, or custom software development for third parties.

CanmoreROI.com is an independent educational and research platform designed to help investors evaluate Canmore real estate opportunities using publicly available market information, modeled assumptions, and user-provided inputs. The platform does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Products and Services

Our products may include utility web applications, SaaS platforms, analytical tools, and information resources. CanmoreROI.com provides informational and analytical tools related to estimated property performance. Each product may have supplemental terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALBOR DIGITAL AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Albor Digital and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Alberta or resolved in the courts of Alberta.
